Training and Development: From day one, you will engage in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for your new role, while also preparing you for future advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brake services, suspension repairs, tire installations, routine maintenance, and various automotive repairs within your qualifications.
- Obtain customer approval for all work performed based on your diagnostics, while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Conduct thorough inspections on every vehicle serviced, performing necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Safely test drive customer vehicles and utilize the shop vehicle for inventory pickups as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance to General Service Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Ownership of a basic set of automotive tools.
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A focus on customer service and teamwork.
