Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Respite Nurse to join our team, providing specialized care and support to consumers in our residential program. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with consumers, staff, and external partners to promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide education and consultation on medical health, medication, and medical topics to consumers and staff
- Develop and conduct groups and trainings on general areas of health and wellness, including nutrition, exercise, and smoking cessation
- Assist consumers with accessing community resources to support their health and wellness efforts
- Perform direct medical care for consumers as appropriate and ordered by physician, including monitoring vitals, wound care, and interventions specific to consumer Individualized Action Plans (IAP)
- Review medical documentation for each consumer and provide medical care consultation and coordination as needed

Requirements:
- 3 years' experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
