Mental Health Specialist

As a Mental Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
Job OverviewThe FFS Clinician position requires a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling, as well as a Massachusetts state license (preferred). Our ideal candidate will have experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key responsibilities include providing individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads, coordinating services and collaborating with internal and external providers, and participating in clinical team meetings. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining client records according to regulatory standards, completing utilization review documentation follow-up promptly, and facilitating referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent health benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
