About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Element Care. As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch care to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address relational, behavioral, and affective functioning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical practice and program development.

In this full-time position, you will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, with no weekend or holiday hours. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
