Manufacturing Process Developer

FM Industries is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Developer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Provide technical support to all functional departments
Lead development projects and offer guidance to team members
Develop product configurations and methods utilizing company ERP system (Epicor)
Interpret and validate manufacturing processes and documentation in accordance with required specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering
5-7 years of experience in the precision manufacturing industry
Equivalent combination of education and experience
