Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards by supervising front of house employees and monitoring steps of service.
  • Train and educate team members on brand clarity, menu, wine, and beverage knowledge to promote a positive dining experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment by hiring and selecting top talent, maximizing productivity and morale through team engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance through ongoing feedback, coaching, and progressive discipline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resort leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and business regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Exceed SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining setting.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft products, email, and POS technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and financial skills, with the ability to think proactively and creatively.
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent multitasking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current SNHD Food Handlers card and TAM card.
