Case Manager for Unaccompanied Immigrant Children

Global Refuge is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide case management and supportive services to unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and experience working with child welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits and phone contacts to assess the safety and appropriateness of the child's placement with their caregiver.
- Provide ongoing case management, connecting children to services in the community to address risk factors.
- Offer crisis intervention services directly or connect families to services to ensure the minor's safety and well-being.
- Document cases thoroughly and maintain regular communication with supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with child welfare programs.
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect families to services.
- Excellent clinical and crisis intervention skills.
