Job Overview

Automated Dairy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic warehouse and production team in Jerome. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general warehouse labor tasks, including production packaging, container strip and wash, and accurate labeling and wrapping of products.
  • Accurately track product shelf counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness at all times.
  • Cross-train in all warehouse and production areas to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Assist with outgoing and incoming freight, utilizing good communication skills to work effectively with office administrators, product planning, and Quality Control.
  • Meet minimum requirements for forklift certification and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Working Conditions and Benefits

The Warehouse Associate will work inside a manufacturing warehouse 100% of the time, with an 8-hour shift and occasional overtime (time and a half pay). Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work as a team member, assisting the team to meet daily production benchmarks.
  • Ability to keep busy and manage daily workload efficiently, with a sense of urgency, organizational skills, and professional presence.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive attitude, remaining open-minded, upbeat, and trainable at all times.
  • High School diploma, GED, or qualifying warehouse/production experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible, with previous warehouse and production experience.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) in a production setting.
Physical Demands
  • Applicant must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.
  • Applicant must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Applicant must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently and one hundred (100) pounds with assistance.
  • Must be able to pass a full background check and take and pass a physical agility test and drug test.
