How You'll Shine:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will contribute to creating unforgettable vacations by delivering quality results for our guests through your maintenance expertise, customer service skills, and ensuring that every unit and building is in optimal condition.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Utilize intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and necessary repairs.
- Conduct plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using techniques such as soldering, PVC, CPVC, and fittings.
- Replace breakers, ballasts, and other electrical components, including switches and sockets; identify and troubleshoot potential electrical hazards.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs on all systems, including HVAC.
- Perform repairs on interior walls, wall coverings, and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, or applying texture and paint.
- Inspect and clean building systems, reporting deficiencies to supervisors while adhering to the company's safety protocols.

Generally starting at $21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate for selected candidates will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
