Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Jobs - PTS Advance. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our water and wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water and wastewater equipment, including pumps, motors, and generators.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and testing equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, to minimize disruptions to our operations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasks, and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; formal electrical schooling/training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the water and/or wastewater industry.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a CDL with tanker endorsement.
  • Ability to obtain State required Maintenance Technician Level II Certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, including OSHA and State Mandated Safety training.
