About the Role

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Account Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to initiate sales to new or underpenetrated corporate accounts, with a focus on opening new accounts or growing underpenetrated, high-potential accounts.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Promote revenue and margin growth with new or underpenetrated corporate customers, prospect new customers, and develop new business with 10-20 new or underpenetrated customers per year.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by interacting with operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to clients, handle disputes and conflicts, and troubleshoot with clients.
  • Contract Management: Lead contract management and collection of invoiced revenue from customers, document necessary customer information and interaction, and uphold and role-model corporate values.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the industrial, automotive, or environmental services markets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation required.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Time and territory management skills to ensure focus on value-added sales activities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to facilitate service team approach to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
