Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at WG NSTAR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our LAM Novellus SABRE 300mm equipment, and participating in site safety programs to maintain a zero-hazard environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on LAM Novellus SABRE 300mm equipment.
  • Participate in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
  • Work professionally and develop customer relations.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Understand and adhere to all site fab protocol requirements.
  • Comprehend test equipment including various test meters, hand and power tools.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance; work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Respectfully take direction from supervisor/manager; other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years related experience with LAM Novellus SABRE 300mm systems.
  • Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintenance Technician skills with solid experiences in resolving tool-related challenges.
  • Previous semiconductor experience is preferred.
  • AS/BS or equivalent military.
  • Must be comfortable with being away/traveling for 6 to 8 weeks when required.
