Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to participants, helping them achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices by attending conferences and workshops.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, recreation center staff, and management to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
Requirements
  • Certification from a national, accredited organization in group exercise instruction (e.g., ACE or AFAA).
  • At least two years of experience teaching group exercise classes or coordinating fitness programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Current certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
