Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing validation plans, scripts, and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute validation plans, scripts, and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize validation requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers.
  • Execute content in post-silicon, triage and debug failures.
  • Apply your growth mindset to learn and adapt in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Engage with partners to drive continuous improvement to the design, to validation plans/collateral, and methodology to prevent, reduce, and/or find bugs sooner, more easily, or more reliably.
  • Setting up test regressions and reports.
Requirements
  • Applied understanding of Computer Architecture and Central processing Unit(CPU)/SoC validation principles.
  • Validation experience as part of a SoC Board Bring up Team.
  • Understanding of I2C/SPI protocols.
  • Board schematics understanding.
  • Basic understanding of OS and bootloader.
  • Setting up test regressions and reports.
  • Scripting experience is must.
  • Ability to develop sophisticated tools/scripts to support SoC validation activities.
  • Demonstrated success in hardware/software debug efforts.
  • Python, C/C++ experience with bare metal OS.
