Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Community Care Alliance. As a crisis response specialist, you will play a vital role in providing innovative 24/7 alternative care solutions for adults in need of behavioral health crisis assessment and referral services.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in counseling or a related human services field, with previous experience in behavioral health and crisis level of care preferred. You will be responsible for engaging clients in clinical assessment, assisting in securing referrals by coordinating care with other local agencies and programs, and conducting mental status exams and client-centered clinical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners to enhance access to care and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Document client interactions and progress accurately and thoroughly, using established standards and guidelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in counseling or a related human services field required; LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC preferred.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health and crisis level of care strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
