Job Summary:

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Clear Channel Communications, Inc. by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a sales professional who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Work Experience: Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience required. Five (5) + years of sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proven sales achievement, consultative selling techniques, and proficiency in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
