Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to work at our Winter Harbor branch. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to customers while representing the Bank in a courteous and professional manner.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing a variety of transactions, deepening existing customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing transactions for customers, including account openings and maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Providing effective resolution and customer satisfaction in response to customer inquiries.
  • Recognizing and referring customers for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other banking services.
  • Contributing to meeting branch goals in deposits, loans, and other categories.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act.
