Job Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect all designated guest rooms and bathrooms.
  • Follow the prescribed order of room assignments for efficient cleaning.
  • Ensure guestroom windows are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Replace all toiletries and linens in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning carts and linen storage areas.
  • Report any irregularities or safety concerns to the Supervisor promptly.
  • Notify Supervisors of any discrepancies, including unoccupied rooms.
  • Handle lost and found items according to established hotel procedures.
  • Report unsecured valuable items found in public areas or guest rooms.
  • Complete room cleaning within designated timeframes while meeting inspection criteria.
  • Remove Room Service trays from guest rooms and place them appropriately.
  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs following hotel standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and deep cleaning of VIP accommodations.
  • Address stains on walls and carpets as needed.
  • Participate in special cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Refill cleaning supplies in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills when engaging with guests.
  • Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Possess knowledge of hotel facilities and provide accurate information to guests.
