Position Overview

In the role of Catering Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the in-house catering services, managing daily operations of all catering events, coordinating activities with sales and culinary teams, and ensuring the maintenance and inventory of catering equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional catering services that surpass guest expectations while ensuring profitability.
  • Hold team members accountable to service standards to guarantee outstanding guest experiences.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Complete daily reporting requirements promptly.
  • Compile necessary departmental reports for month-end closing.
  • Utilize performance management tools to provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and staff.
  • Foster a positive team environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food and beverage operational role.

A degree in hospitality management is preferred.

A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and service.
