Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
  • Ensure that all products are stocked and faced properly, and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels, working with the inventory team to ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting inventory, processing transactions, and securing the store.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, providing training and support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • 1+ year of retail job experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • 2+ years of product knowledge of items in assigned department.
