The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This Speech Language Pathologist role involves providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing these disorders, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed in Delaware.

Job Requirements
  • A valid Delaware state SLP License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
