About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in Dover, Delaware. As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to patients with mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, including psychiatric symptoms, behavioral patterns, and risk factors.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and stability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being.
Benefits and Requirements

This is a 112-day assignment with a competitive salary of $1,897.55 per week. To be eligible, you must have a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent experience in Behavioral Health. Strong communication and adaptability skills are also required.
