Job Summary

Triad Service Center is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of light industrial equipment in the St. Louis, MO area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair light industrial equipment, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, and other commercial customer equipment.
  • Install and service grease containment units used in conjunction with deep fryers.
  • Utilize a company vehicle to travel to customer locations, requiring a valid driver's license.
  • Provide excellent customer service by performing on-location preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Stay organized by scheduling repairs and PMs in similar locations on the same day, as time and location permit.
  • Record keeping and reporting of work orders, parts, supplies ordering, and a daily agenda.
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
