Job Title: Simulation Environment Developer

At DCS Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Simulation Environment Developer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of virtual environment solutions for the US Army CCDC Active Protection Integration Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions on Linux and Windows using Unreal and other leading virtual development packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and test virtual environment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain software applications using C/C++ and other relevant programming languages.
  • Work closely with engineers to design and implement virtual environment solutions.
Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • BS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent technical degree with an emphasis on game/virtual environments.
  • Strong C/C++ knowledge and experience operating within Linux and Windows environments.
  • Significant experience in game and animation development.
  • Ability to work in an integrated, multi-discipline team.
  • Interest in learning from experienced engineers and expanding current engineering knowledge.
Desired Skills:
  • Artificial Intelligence development.
  • Experience with Ethernet network programming/development.
  • Java experience.
