We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Director to join our team at Proclinical Staffing. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for providing regulatory leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide regulatory input and evaluation as part of a promotional review committee.
- Develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies that meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as FDA liaison for matters related to advertising and promotion.
- At least five years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- Extensive experience providing regulatory input and evaluation as part of a promotional review committee.
