Job Summary

This position provides essential support to the Manufacturing Team at Fresenius Kabi. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide resources to assemble, test, and package various medical devices for production lines.
  • Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections in a timely manner to meet quality and productivity goals.
  • Utilize hand-held tools such as screwdrivers and torque drivers to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of materials at assigned workstations and perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established procedures.
  • Identify product defects, document them effectively, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Perform all applicable work steps in accordance with good manufacturing practices and document actions and products using required quality and production forms.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Ability to follow step-by-step directions
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Adequate written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical requirements: Regularly lift parts and components up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
