Position Overview: The individual in this role will oversee the administrative functions within the warehouse and bakery environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing orders through the Shopify platform, including label generation.
  • Manage the creation and receipt of all orders within the Accubar inventory management system.
  • Support the warehouse manager during monthly inventory audits and variances checks.
  • Notify the warehouse manager of any discrepancies or issues encountered.
  • Generate invoices for all warehouse deliveries utilizing the Accubar system.
  • Prepare billing for bakery orders from restaurants using the DineMarket application.
  • Create sales invoices for the Loews Regency Hotel based on the hotel’s purchase orders for accounting purposes.
  • Review and adjust standing orders for bread or other bakery items, updating counts in the DineMarket application.
  • Handle the sending and receiving of packages via FedEx or UPS.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 40 hours weekly, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain personal hygiene standards.
  • Basic skills in food handling, preparation, and sanitation are advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills and the capacity to perform under pressure in a high-volume production setting.
  • Active listening and learning abilities.
  • Comprehension skills for reading and verbal communication.
  • Discipline to adhere to established standards.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
