  • Record and maintain accurate data on equipment performance and maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process administrative paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in hospital building systems and equipment.
  • Participate in emergency response and hazardous materials training to ensure preparedness and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
