About the RoleAs an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll embark on a 3-month paid training program, where you'll learn the skills and techniques necessary to become a certified auto glass technician. You'll work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in:
- Installing and repairing auto glass
- Recalibrating automotive safety systems
- Providing additional services and products
Upon completion of the training program, you'll be equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in your role and advance your career. Our competitive pay structure, starting at $18/hour, increases to $20/hour after training and certification, with opportunities for growth and promotion.
