Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Engineer to support the Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR) line of business. This is a critical role that requires expertise in ServiceNow Business Continuity Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex initiatives on selected domains to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor and manage systems to increase operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing costs.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement applications and system components to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies.
  • Resolve coding, testing, and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
  • Lead a team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
  • Mentor less experienced software engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including managers, to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team to achieve objectives and partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow Software Engineering experience (new development and support).
  • 3+ years of SQL development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Module (BCM), ITSM, Common Services Data Model, and/or custom workflows.
  • 2+ years of engineering team leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of senior leadership engagement experience.
  • 1+ year of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework experience.
  • 1+ year of working with globally dispersed teams.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Agile delivery experience.
  • 2+ years of working with third-party delivery partners.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in requirements and design discussions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a scrum team to design, implement, and support IT solutions to business needs.
  • Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and design.
  • Ability to design data interfaces.
Job Expectations:
