Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate:
Manage daily operations and oversee the activities of branches and the customer service center. Identify opportunities for enhancement in service delivery, product offerings, and operational effectiveness.
Talent Development:
Coach, mentor, and train team members, offering support, recognition, and growth opportunities. Ensure a consistently outstanding member experience by aligning financial solutions with member needs.
Brand Representation:
Act as an ambassador for Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. at local networking and community events, fostering strong relationships and promoting our brand.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with the Leadership Team to implement and support the overall vision and strategic objectives of the organization.
Excellence in Service:
Address complex member inquiries, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
Experience and Expertise:
A minimum of 5+ years in a similar or related role, with a proven track record in management, member service, and financial products.
Commitment to Service:
A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to plan, direct, and analyze data related to branch and customer service center performance.
Technological Proficiency:
Competence in leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
