Lead and Motivate:

Talent Development:
Coach, mentor, and train team members, offering support, recognition, and growth opportunities. Ensure a consistently outstanding member experience by aligning financial solutions with member needs.


Brand Representation:
Act as an ambassador for Financial Staffing Resources, Ltd. at local networking and community events, fostering strong relationships and promoting our brand.


Strategic Collaboration:

A minimum of 5+ years in a similar or related role, with a proven track record in management, member service, and financial products.
