As a key member of the GeorgiaGov team, the Housekeeper 1 will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Under the supervision of our management team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain supplies as needed, including restocking paper products, soap, and other essential items.
• Collect, sort, and distribute linens and uniforms, ensuring that all items are clean and in good condition.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and repair activities, including mending linens and assisting with minor repairs.
• Operate hand tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Any combination of training and experience that would have enabled the applicant to have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
