RN - Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient condition to the healthcare team, including any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
