Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience
