Clinical Decision Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
