Job Title: WMH Maintenance Technician

At Roberts Hawaii, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented WMH Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our Waikiki Monarch Hotel facilities.

Job Summary:

The WMH Maintenance Technician will perform a variety of tasks, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and maintenance of hotel facilities. This is a part-time position, and the successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available for emergency call-outs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing hotel facilities.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems.
  • Respond to guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete daily rounds to identify and report any problems or issues with hotel facilities.
  • Work well without constant supervision and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 months or more of maintenance experience or training.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The WMH Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
