Compensation:

$75,000 + B.O.E. (Salary + Commission)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure effective workflow and prompt completion of customer repairs.
  • Formulate and execute service strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting service department profitability.
  • Guide, mentor, and train service department personnel to provide high-quality service and achieve performance objectives.
  • Evaluate and analyze service department performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to synchronize service activities and guarantee a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in service management.
