Join Our Team as a Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at IRG Physical and Hand Therapy. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and waitlists
  • Process and convert new referrals, collect time-of-service payments, and obtain insurance authorizations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our therapy team to optimize patient care and outcomes
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mailings
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
