We're seeking a skilled Medical Plasma Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Plasma Specialist, you will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing employee incidents, and supporting environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
Your Role:
- Determine donor eligibility, including proper management of informed consent, medical history interviews, and blood testing.
- Evaluate donor reactions and follow applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medical emergencies.
- Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when in need of guidance concerning medical or technical issues.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, including a graduate-level education in nursing with state requirements.
- Current licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state where responsibilities will be assigned.
- CPR and AED certification.

- An estimated hourly wage of $34.35-$47.92, depending on experience and qualifications.
