**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Medical Health Care Specialist to join our team at Samuel Contract Staffing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting triage and initial health assessments of potential blood donors to determine their suitability to donate plasma.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will utilize your medical expertise to ensure the health and safety of our donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical assessments of potential blood donors.
- Evaluate donor eligibility based on medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for donors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and medical evaluations.
What You'll Need:
- Current certification as a Paramedic or equivalent medical experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
