RN - MG1 Stepdown Unit - Per Diem Tier III, Night Shift (St. Mary) - Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. This is a 12-hour night shift position with a Tier III commitment, requiring a minimum of 96 hours per 4-week schedule, 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, and 1 winter holiday.
Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care, assessing learning needs and readiness to learn, and identifying actual or potential barriers to learning.
- Document admission assessment, plan, interventions, and medication use, monitoring its effects and outcomes according to policy.
- Utilize the information management system to enhance communication and document changes in patient condition to all appropriate individuals.
- Communicate transfer of patient responsibility and pertinent information at the bedside and during Interprofessional Rounds.
- Recognize and integrate patient special needs and individualize care, knowledgeable in abuse recognition and referral.
- Adhere to infection control standards specific to patient care and promote a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
- ASN degree required, BSN preferred.
- PA RN License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association.
