The Topline Forecast team within the Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organization is dedicated to addressing these inquiries through advanced statistical methodologies.

- Working with product teams to optimize resource utilization and technology integration.
- Assembling project teams, delegating responsibilities, identifying necessary resources, and developing timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assessing risks, anticipating challenges, managing escalations, and making informed trade-offs to balance business needs with technical limitations.
- Encouraging a culture of calculated risk-taking to maximize business benefits.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects.
- Experience in managing projects across diverse teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
