About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Oklahoma Employer as a Customer Service Representative/Front Counter Sales Associate. As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly meet and greet every service customer in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers' reason(s) for bringing their vehicle to the service department.
  • Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy the customers' concerns.
  • Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
  • Maintain communication with the technicians and shop foreman regarding job status changes.
  • Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and in a manner that does not further aggravate problems.
  • Make policy adjustments within the guidelines and budgets established by management.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry.
  • Write and complete work orders, explain to the customer work done, and collect payments.
  • Strive to ensure that every customer is very satisfied with the level of service the shop offers.
  • Provide superior customer service at all times.
  • Make yourself available for and complete all required and additional training the Company offers.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
  • Adhere at all times to company policies and legal regulations while conducting business.
