About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmacy Services Business Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, promoting our diabetes management solutions and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to engage with pharmacies and promote our diabetes management solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on sales performance and business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
