  • Assist in managing daily operations of a mixed-use or multifamily residential property
  • Direct property employees, establishing job requirements and monitoring quality of work
  • Manage staff, answer inquiries, train and coach for success
  • Participate in the overall direction of property management activities, including financial reporting and budget preservation
  • Serve as liaison between residents and ownership, addressing questions and concerns
  • Assist in developing property budget and providing variance reports

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property operations management, with a background in engineering, maintenance, and general operations
  • Excellent oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on business acumen and financial skills
