Compassionate Home Provider for Adults with Disabilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Shared Family Living Provider. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide supportive living arrangements and daily services to an adult with disabilities.
ResponsibilitiesThe Shared Family Living Provider will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive home environment, promoting independence, and supporting the individual's goals and outcomes. This includes providing daily support and assistance with activities of daily living, transportation, and community inclusion.
Requirements- Be a resident of Maine or New Hampshire
- Pass background checks as required by the state and Center for Medicaid Services (CMS)
- Successfully pass a home safety inspection conducted by an Administrative Oversight Agency
- Have time to provide daily services and supports that meet the needs of the individual
- Complete core College of Direct Support Direct Support Professional online training modules and an approved medication administration course
- Hold a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license
A competitive stipend at a rate set by the Administrative Oversight Agency, funded by Medicaid, plus the option to collect a monthly room and board payment
