Our ideal candidate will enhance the member experience through food and help our teammates grow, teaching and training our team to sharpen and expand their culinary skills, techniques, and understanding of the menu.

They will create dishes to Interlachen's culinary standards, contribute innovative ideas to improve and diversify our offerings, and work collaboratively with the team, both HOH and FOH.

Our ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of leadership experience and experience in a high-volume restaurant.

They will be proficient in knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge, and possess a growth mindset, being eager to take their cooking to the next level.

Our ideal candidate will be hungry for new and exciting dishes, have a positive attitude, and be curious about new and fresh ingredients.

They will also be coachable, taking feedback gracefully and running with it, always open to learning more.

Our ideal candidate will be offered a competitive salary starting at $60,000, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with 6% match.

They will also receive paid time off (PTO), maternity and paternity leave, complimentary uniforms, free on-site parking, and closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
