Sous Chef Position Overview
Interlachen Country Club is in search of a dedicated Sous Chef. This pivotal role within our culinary brigade supports all dining services at the Club. You will thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, collaborating with enthusiastic colleagues to foster relationships and create memorable experiences daily.

Leadership and Collaboration

Daily Duties
· Elevate the member experience through exceptional food and support team development by teaching culinary skills and menu knowledge.
· Prepare dishes that meet Interlachen's culinary standards, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
· Collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
· Lead by example, refining your skills while embracing new techniques.
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen.
· Take pride in every dish, treating each one with care.
· Support team members and nurture a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
· Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in a high-volume culinary environment.
· Proficient in knife skills and knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation.

Compensation and Benefits:
· Starting salary of $60,000.
