Salary Expectations

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $42,640 to $82,290, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and education level.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our emergency department team. As a Nurse Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients and staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing and delegating patient care tasks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Utilizing your nursing knowledge and expertise to provide individualized care to patients
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality of care, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness
  • Fostering a learning environment that promotes professional growth and development for patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Advocating for patients' rights and dignity, promoting autonomy and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or be willing to obtain one within five years of hire date
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
  • Certification in specialty area preferred
  • One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
