We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington. This is a full-time position with multiple shifts available.

About the Role

This leadership role will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and family teaching. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, enabling them to delegate and coordinate the continuum of care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Lead healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in acute care setting
